We inform you that the data given by you to the site manager when compiling the “contact form” (also known as the e-mail form) of the website will be processed in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code.

However, refusal to do so for the purposes mentioned in Art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the site manager using the online contact form.
4. DATA CONTROLLER
Personal data acquired through the contact form will be sent by e-mail to the site manager, Antpitagora who is the data controller.
5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT
The subjects referred to by personal data can at any moment request confirmation of the existence of this data, access contents and origin, check its exactness or request it be updated, integrated or corrected (Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/03).
The above article gives users the right to request that data be cancelled, rendered anonymous or blocked when processed unlawfully and, in any case, to oppose their processing for lawful purposes.
